Applies to all services, offers, and digital products provided by Anaceci Creative under brand. Please read these terms carefully, as they outline how we work together, from start to finish. If you have questions, feel free to drop us a message through our contact form.

Where your brand’s digital health is always our top priority.

1. Studio & Service Structure

Strategic Creative Systems™ is the overarching creative strategy brand housing two service studios:

  • Anaceci Creative Studio (healthcare, wellness, and compliance-driven systems)

  • Cleta Petunia Studio (general creative direction for founders & product-first projects)

All services listed on anaceci-creative.com are provided through Anaceci Creative unless otherwise stated.

2. Services Overview

This agreement applies to the following offers:

Flagship:

  • Forward-Cure™ – a full brand transformation using the Strategic Creative Systems™ Framework.

Mid-Tier:

  • Creative OR™ – strategic brand identity system.

  • Online OR™ – strategic digital brand ecosystem setup.

Entry-Level:

  • Soft Launch™ – strategy sprint for messaging + direction.

  • Brand Triage™ – brand audit + alignment recommendation.

Digital Goods:

  • Clarity Bar™ tools, templates, and audios

  • Additional digital or subscription-based tools released via Anaceci Creative

3. Methodologies & Licensing

All brand strategy and service frameworks (e.g., The OR Method™, Strategic Creative Systems™ Framework) remain the intellectual property of Anaceci Creative. Clients are granted:

  • Usage rights for deliverables (brand identity, systems setup)

  • No transfer or resale rights for methods, documents, templates, or processes.

You may use any strategic material for your business only — not in derivative client services, trainings, or courses.

4. Project Structure & Deliverables

All services are scoped in modular phases or clarity-first sessions, customized to each founder’s needs.

Timeframes and phases will be outlined during your Fit Check Call and confirmed via proposal or onboarding document.


Forward-Cure™

Format: Full Brand Rebuild

Includes: Strategy, messaging, systems design, brand narrative


Creative OR™

Format: Visual Strategy Sprint

Includes: Brand identity, visual language, verbal expression


Online OR™

Format: Digital Systems Build

Includes: UX, platform structure, infrastructure


Soft Launch™

Format: Brand Strategy Starter

Includes: Messaging, audience alignment, 2-week plan


Brand Triage™

Format: Brand Clarity Audit

Includes: 90-min call, visual/messaging pulse-check, video report

5. Payments, Deposits & Scheduling

  • Projects begin once a signed agreement and initial deposit are received.

  • All services are offered with fixed payment plans or pay-in-full options.

  • Payment is due regardless of client responsiveness — projects delayed due to unresponsiveness are subject to rescheduling fees or rebooking.

  • Payment processing is completed via Stripe or other secure third-party platforms.

If a pause is needed for personal reasons, we’ll discuss revised timing and recommit to mutual timelines if applicable. We value human-first service delivery.

6. Files, Delivery & Revisions

  • Deliverables will be shared through Notion, Google Drive, or WeTransfer Zip folder.

  • You will receive two (2) rounds of revisions per deliverable unless otherwise stated.

  • Files remain editable by Anaceci Creative until project closeout.

7. Cancellation & Refunds

Due to the nature of strategic and creative services, no refunds are provided once work has begun.

For digital products or one-off sessions:

  • Clarity Bar™ tools or audio content are non-refundable.

  • Session reschedules must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

If either party wishes to cancel the project for any reason, a notice must be submitted in writing.

8. Confidentiality & Client Input

We treat all client materials, strategies, and business data as confidential. You agree to:

  • Show up prepared to all sessions.

  • Provide timely feedback during revisions.

  • Respect studio timelines and communication windows.

All services are co-created. Success depends on your engagement and commitment to the process.

9. Tech, Compliance & Platforms

Your service may involve:

  • Loom (for audit reports or walkthroughs)

  • ConvertKit (for email opt-ins)

  • Wix Studio or Notion (for delivery hubs)

We are not liable for issues related to third-party platform failures, software limitations, or changes in external terms of service.

10.A. Communication & Response Time Policy

We communicate via email, WhatsApp (project-specific use only), and, where applicable, a dedicated community platform. These channels help us maintain a clear, documented flow that respects your time and ours.

Anaceci Creative operates as a remote, unbound studio based in London and works across global time zones.

  • Replies are made within 24–48 business hours, Monday through Thursday.

  • You may receive emails outside your time zone or hours — but we’ll never expect a response outside yours.

  • We do not work weekends or holidays. Messages sent during that time will be addressed the following studio workweek.

If we anticipate a time-sensitive window (e.g. a launch or final delivery), we’ll communicate timelines and expectations clearly in advance.

10.B Studio Breaks, Holidays & Emergencies

We take intentional time off to sustain clarity and creativity over the long term.

  • If the studio is on holiday or scheduled break, you’ll receive advance notice.

  • We’ll share tools, templates, or tasks you can work on while we’re away (if needed).

  • In the rare event of a true emergency, we’ll respond as best we can or offer next steps.

11. Legal & Usage

All content and materials provided remain the copyright of Anaceci Creative and are not to be redistributed, reproduced, or repurposed without written permission.

You may reference or display your brand deliverables as part of your business. Please credit Anaceci Creative if referencing our frameworks, templates, or process materials in public-facing work.

Final Note

The Strategic Creative Systems™ exist to help you build smarter — not just prettier. These terms protect the integrity of the frameworks we’ve designed so that every founder gets clarity with structure, vision with systems, and strategy that respects the complexity of real growth.
